Arthaland Prestige Property Solutions, Inc., ensures that confidentiality safeguards have been established to warrant that your right to Personal Information protection remains unaffected.

However, if and when necessary, your Personal Information may be disclosed to the following third parties:

External professional advisors and auditors, and
Government departments and authorities.

INFORMATION ACCESS AND CORRECTION

Any Personal Information shall not be kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes abovementioned. We undertake to ensure that all Personal Information is destroyed or permanently deleted if it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was to be processed.

VISITOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

STEP 1: FILL OUT THE VISITOR REGISTRATION FORM

Access the form through apps.acpt.ph or by scanning the provided QR code.

Please note:

All information must match the details shown on the visitor’s valid ID for verification purposes.
The Visitor Contact Person must be available and should be listed under the Tenant Admin.
Ensure that the floor and tenant information correspond accurately to the specific location to be visited.
The Time of Entry must be filed in advance, and the Time of Departure must be clearly indicated. Any changes may result in delays during ingress and egress.

STEP 2: TENANT ADMIN APPROVAL

Please note:

Ensure that the guest’s identity matches the registered individual.
Verify that all submitted details are accurate and consistent with the person you are authorizing to visit your office.

STEP 3: QR ACTIVATION

Please note:

QR activation will be completed once the information has been verified and approved by the Tenant Admin.

ADDITIONAL REMINDERS

All guests, visitors, and building occupants are expected to comply with the Building House Rules, access procedures, and standard security protocols to help ensure the safety and security of all occupants during their visit.
Tailgating is strictly prohibited. QR codes and access cards are assigned to individual users only and must not be shared, transferred, or used by another person.
Turnstiles are equipped with security features, including anti-passback and single-entry/single-exit controls. Improper use or non-compliance with access procedures may affect entry or exit. In such cases, please coordinate with the Concierge or Security personnel at the reception for assistance.
Advance registration is highly encouraged to minimize waiting time and avoid delays.
Coordinate with your Tenant Admin ahead of time regarding the approval and status of your visitor registration especially during weekends.
Kindly reach out to the Concierge or Security personnel at the reception for any access concern and assistance.
